How many times can Daily Caller get the Kagan military recruiting story wrong?

And my follow-up question is this: Are staffers and contributors at Tucker Carlson's Daily Caller botching the facts on purpose? Because if they're not, the coincidences are amazing.

Like this [emphasis added]

A handful of storylines counter to White House talking points gained ground Monday: Rumors about Kagan's sexuality became a focus and were fueled in part by the administration's defensiveness, some critics questioned White House claims that she is in touch with every day working people and her decision to ban military recruiters from Harvard's campus when she was dean of its law school received a lot of attention.

False.

And this:

So what do we know about Elena Kagan? She is an out-of-touch northeast liberal. As dean of Harvard Law School, she kicked the military off campus during a time of war in violation of the law.

False.

And this:

[Ron] Klain dismissed concerns about Kagan's decision when she was dean of Harvard Law School to ban military recruiters from the campus in protest of the Pentagon's "don't ask, don't tell" policy.

False.

And this:

Elena Kagan's most notable foray into public life was kicking military recruiters off of Harvard's campus.

If nothing else, Daily Caller is diligently consistent in its sloppy attempts at journalism.
